The two areas of concern for women about any fitness program is the physical aspect and the mental part of motivation. Overcoming the inertia of doing nothing to actually begin a fitness routine is the perhaps the hardest part. Taking charge and doing something takes a high level of motivation. Nothing says you have to accept your current physical appearance if you want to shed a few pounds. But staying motivated once you've begun presents new challenges. The good news is that this condition is easily fixed, and really just involves a little "time out" from all the hard fitness exercising work. Slowing down and listening to your body is the best thing to do. Listening to your body will help you know when it's time to get back at it.

When you are trying to improve your health and fitness, motivation for women (or men) is always a major issue. Setting goals and following through on them is never easy.
